Tailor was the first product out of Google Area 120's startup incubator. It's premise was to connect users of any kind to a human personal stylist—while using AI and machine learning to tailor unique aspects to users.

I was involved from the product's start and helped form the product from its infancy to its public launch.

The brand was meant to feel more approachable and friendly compared to other high end fashion brands, but still feel familiar to the tech space. In the product users could interact with an actual stylist to get their advice and opinions on their closet, inspiration and ideas for things to wear. While users are sending photos to their styling, AI and machine learning are securely learning from their photos to understand their style and taste, to serve them a feed that feels curated to their taste.
